## Problem
AI usage is spread across tools, machines, and providers, making it hard to compare activity and tracked cost in one place.

## Approach
Build a local-first CLI that reconciles supported histories and sends aggregate snapshots while keeping prompts, completions, code, and credentials on the computer.

## Outcome
A public app, versioned collector API, and agent interfaces for reviewing aggregate usage across computers and teams.
